• Hi Tom, Thanks for posting. Unfortunately, Moto E4 is not Project Fi compatible https://goo.gl/6fZF5c. As for the memory card, you may only store apps/programs if the card was formatted as internal storage. Data files files may be stored on either internal or portable. Hope this helps. -Erwin
