• The cheaper model ($179) has only 1 gig of RAM and 8 gigs of internal stores. The more expensive of the two (around $219-$229) comes with 16 gigs or internal storage and 2 gigs or RAM (worth the extra $$ in my opinion).

• info found on-line the 16GB model should have 2GB RAM

• 2GB ram (1.9GB if counting the official binary definition of GB (1024MB)), and 16GB (15.71 GB if going official binary definition) storage. android 6.0 takes up 4.19 GB
