Is moto maker the process that lets you "build " the phone with fancy backs etc? If that's the moto maker you mean then no. You can choose color and size of gbs. The INTERNAL moto maker which if memory serves me is like an organizer than yes.It comes on the phone.

Yes on Motorola's website you can configure the RAM, ROM and multiple finishes.
