I use T-Mobile and all I had to do was put the SIM card in and it worked immediately and connected to the 5G UC network. My pictures, videos, music, documents are stored on an external micro SD card so I just popped the card into the new phone and everything was there and accessible. All Android phones run off of Google so as long as you have an account, turn on back up on the old phone for your settings, accounts, apps, contacts and pictures. When you set up the new phone and log in with the same Google credentials, your information should transfer over. If you don't remember your account then that will make things more difficult. I believe the phone has its standard manufacturer's warranty. I didn't purchase an additional protection plan.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you are purchasing it unlocked, I'm pretty sure it will work by transferring SIM card. it comes with a factory warranty. If you are transferring from another Motorola phone, everything can be transrerred by following the instructions. I transferred all of my wife's info and photos from a Motorola Stylus to the 5G in less than 10 minutes. It moved apps and everything. Even stuff she had downloaded to her apps. If your pics are backed up to the cloud, they are available. It even set up her home page exactly as it was in old phone. hope this helps.
