Hi D2, BestBuy is currently offering Activate Today with: Verizon, AT&T and Sprint. If your carrier is not listed here, you may need to have the Activate Later( unlocked) in which you can switch carriers anytime you want. You may contact BestBuy for any questions regarding the price.
