“Motorola Compatibility list you provided also shows the Moto G Fast- which works and sold by Boost- as Not Compatible. Why wouldn't the phone work if sold unlocked? Has Motorola actually tried unsuccessfully using the unlocked G Power or G Fast on Boost?”

Unlocked phones do not have to be supported by the Cell Phone Network Providers. It may take too much engineering effort to verify every single Unlocked phone that is sold in the USA. This phone still could work? It just indicates Boost and not tested it.
