• Yes, if you have the numbers of your contacts saved with Google Contacts you are done. If not, for example your old phone was not an Android phone or you saved your contacts list on memory phone, probable need to export your contacts to Google, which can be a little tough but with a little knowledge of Android OS it can be done.

• Depends on the type of flip phone that you have, but most likely not. If you have a lot of phone numbers that need to be transferred you may be able to bluetooth them one by one. If you are lucky you would be able to do a batch transfer.
