Good Morning, I bought the new Moto Power and it's been the best phone decision I have ever made. Like you, I am also with Verizon and was a little worried about switching to a phone that Verizon does not sell online or in their stores (they do sell Moto Phones - just not a lot). My experience was when I ordered it online, Best Buy.com gave me the option of choosing my carrier which I clicked on Verizon. They sent the phone with the Verizon sim card and once I put in the card and turned it on. I was good to go. Verizon does charge a one time activation fee. You should have no issues with returns. Go to BB website and to the chat box. Ask them what the return policy is (it's usually 15 days). I hope this helps? Mark
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Are you asking about the Moto G8 Power or the Moto G Power? They are 2 different animals. I bought the Moto G Power online directly through Verizon May 5, 2020, so they support that. Verizon does not sell the G8 Power (yet).
