I purchased this phone and you can use it on Verizon prepaid just pop in your sims card from your old phone and a micro SD card for ex storage. Down load your apps vzw content transfer.The app has to be downloaded on both phones from the Google play. There are lots of You Tube videos on how to change your keyboard, Gestures ect.. Wish I could help with the other questions.
