“When I purchased this phone from best buy, I told them that I wanted it to be "activate later" instead of "activate now." They did not seem to understand this and said they do not have a way to select one option over the other. Is this true?”

• I personally bought mine in activated. It doesn't come that way until you start a plan with someone and have a sim card put in it.
