Hi et, thanks for your interest in our product. The device is compatible with the service provider’s network but some service provider specific features may not be available. We still recommend contacting your service provider on this matter. -Jhei
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will partially work, i have tried both a att sim and a t-mobile sim. the att sim worked for calls although they dropped quite often however you might get voice mails or not very random. The play store has a very hard time installing apps even with wifi on and connected. With a t-mobile sim call worked coverage was better with t-mobile and phone did not drop calls but you will not get voicemail until you reboot the phone. We have two of these phones both acted in the same manner. Hate to say this but this will be last moto phone i buy and i have had g4 first gen g4 4th gen g5 first gen and g5s loved all of them. We had to switch to verizon for this phone to fully work properly. southern indiana location so service is ok but not great for att or t-mobile verizon works in every place the other two did not no problems installing apps or getting voicemail since switch. I would not recommend this phone for cc at all verizon yes but not cc or att or t-mobile.
