“Is there a fix yet to the problem of the screen not letting you scroll but jumps instead makes typing difficult as well really have to watch your letters cause it misses alot of what is typed”

The issue comes and goes wether there is a case on it or not could be scrolling Facebook or even just trying to open the phone with the swipe up. I did some searching online and there has been a bunch of threads of people complaining about this issue. It gets to be quite a pain. is there an update that can be done if not is this issue something that would be covered under warranty?
