I have the same phone and use AT&T. I don't know how to do that sort of thing myself. I took my new unlocked phone and my existing phone to AT&T and the man there swapped my phone over in a short time. I think they can swap the SIM card and that is about it. However, I also wanted my contacts and my photos and apps swapped over. They were able to do that for me. Good Luck!
