• The photos app stores the pictures. You can also have pictures automatically upload to Google drive

• This phone does not have a Gallery app. Photos are stored to the Photos app by Google. They are stored both on the phone, and in the cloud, so it is easy to access them from anywhere you use Google (i.e. tablet, laptop, PC, etc.)
