“Is it just me or does the battery usage go down even with light use? I use the phone basically to text, call and/or maps. In 3 days I used it one. Battery usage went down 20% plus in 2 days of not using it.”

Hi Carol, I know how the battery concerns you. There are factors which we need to consider why do battery drains even while they're not in use. If it happens that you have applications running in the background, those apps still consume battery even if you are not using them, especially apps which requires internet connection as internet connection such as Mobile Data consume much of your battery. I have had mines a few weeks and yes I notice how the battery still drains with even light usage of the phone because I don't use mine that much either. My son has the moto x, I'm going to ask him about the battery on that one.
