We have T-Mobile and we always purchase unlocked phones from Best Buy and use them with no problems. We have not had any problems so far with the Unlocked MOTO G7 32GB POWER, just pop in the sim and good to go.

Thanks for reaching out. This phone is unlocked to all major US carriers so if you use your old sim card, it should be good to go. It would also be best for you to contact your carrier for more support about transferring your sim card to the new phone.
