Please get in touch with this carrier to get further details. To transfer your data, just set your same gmail account (Which you currently use on the Moto G6) up on the new Moto G7 Power. Also you can use a third party app like "Copy My Data". -Jose.

• If your old smartphone is set up to back up to Google drive then the moto g7 will recover 95% of your photos and other files. Another option is to transfer files via USB cable to your computer. I read the Q/A on Best Buy that the moto g7 power is compatible with AT&T which is the carrier for Trac phone. Please contact Trac phone to transfer your phone number to the new phone
