I have Consumer Cellular too, just request to have your info from your old phone transferred to the G7 and your sim card should slide in with no problem if you have a Moto. Consumer Cellular sent me a message when I set everything up on my G7. They will give you a pin number for if they need to contact you and will let you know that they have noticed that you have bought a G7.
