Yes I have cricket wireless and it does work but some of the cricket wireless apps don't support it at this time like my account you'll have to book Mark it and pin it to your home screen but visual voicemail works jus fine

No. If the device was purchased here in the US and will be used outside the country, cell service will not be the same as how cell service works in the US. Some service features will not work. If you have any other questions, write us an email at [email protected]. We'll be glad to help. -Jess
