• Hi Alex, thanks for your interest. If you are a current subscriber, all you need to do is insert the SIM from the previous phone into the new one. Also, it would be best to contact your carrier to check if all of their carrier services will work with this phone. Lastly, you can reach out to Best Buy and check if you can use your Best Buy credit card. - Mike
