Anyone with a similar question should check the link provided in the other answer. I checked and found a handful of carriers that will not support this phone, XVINITY being one of this group. I really don't understand this since XFINITY uses the VERIZON network. TEAM MOBILE seems to be the best carrier with the most functionality.
