It is compatible with Project Fi. Project Fi has tie up with T Mobile, Verizon and US Cellular. Whichever has powerful signal will take precedence. If your question is specific to a separate Verizon connection. Answer is Yes. This phone is unlocked and supports both GSM (AT&T, T Mobile....) and/or CDMA(Verizon, Sprint....)

It does not say Project Fi and probably won't because their network with specific compatible devices is still a closed garden. If Project fi do authorize all unlocked phones to run on their network, this device will run like a charm.
