• No, it doesn't work with Virgin Mobile, I'm 100% sure because I tried to make it work my self!

• It says it works with certain prepaid services, but Virgin is not listed. The prepaid services it lists are Verizon Wireless Prepaid, Cricket Wireless, Net10, H2O, GoPhone and Simple Wireless.
