This phone comes with a plastic shatterproof screen...I would buy a screen protector because it does scratch

Any phone can crack, especially in cold weather. But this phone does feel very durable. The one thing I will say though is that the reviews are right the screen is very very scratchy from more so than last year‘s.

Built in Gorilla screen is what I was told and seems really tough. The sales rep even banged the display model to show how tough it is and nothing cracked

Worse.... the film the protects it peels back and in less then 1 month use I have to pay 59.99 to send to them to fix. No warranty coverage for their shatterproof issue

My phone did crack. I have had it for about 6 weeks. I dropped it and the screen now has a small crack. In the past I have always bought protective cases for my phones to protect them but when I purchased this phone at best buy, they did not carry any protective cases and did not carry and screen protectors for this camera.
