• No. Arms adjust independently along horizontal and can tilt a bit upwards or downwards angle, but arms do not slide up and down independently on vertical. Arms come mounted to center-cylinder that mounts to pole and tightens. Center-cylinder where arms attach is only about 1.5 inches tall.
