“I have the same 27" monitor attached to each arm. Why is one a 1/2" lower than the other? I can't seem to locate the adjustment.”

Dear Customer, This unit using a security knob level adjustment that sits on the back of the VESA plate. Once the monitor and VESA plate are attached to the stand and the screw is put into the security knob, you can twist the knob to lower or raise the unit for a small height adjustment. If you have two different types of monitors you may experience leveling issues. If you experience issues doing this please contact our customer support at 1-855-915-2666.
