“What is the full height of this mount and does the back middle arm adjust up and down?”

• The mount itself is 16" tall. There is a single vertical pole that does not move (that is the 16" height). There is a horizontal cross bar that has both monitor arms on it, and that horizontal bar slides up or down on the vertical pole. I have my horizontal bar 3" from the top (so I could go higher), and the tops of my monitors are 18.5" up from the desk. (My monitors are 23.5" on the diagonal.)

• I didn't measure but I think the pole is 18" tall. Subtract an inch maybe for the center of the slider.
