it Can, but the base is not strong enough to hold it in a high position. you can use it if you use the adapt to clip it to the Desk. I used two 24"and it tilted forward all the time.

Yes you can have one vertical and one horizontal as well, all you have to do is move it to a certain place in order to be equally balanced. You can test if by tilting it back and forth and see if it can easily move or not, if I can’t be easily move with force than you are good to go. Also the best part of this monitor stand is that it can easily move closer or away from you. Had it for a few months already and still very happy with the product.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes and yes. The mount screw patterns are square so you could turn them any of four ways. The heights of the mounts are the same so you won’t be able to adjust the relative heights of the monitors.
