• No restraints. 1) pull elbows back to balance appropriately towards the center-rear on top of large not-heavy base -- OR -- 2) use 5-inch disk plus oval to drill approx 3/8 or 1/2 hole in desk, use oval below and plate above, then use bolt with plastic handle to crank stand-pole down to desk. This is alternative mounting, not required.
