“How far apart are the outer mounting holes? I need to get it on 2 studs. This says 33.9" wide, the studs are 16" on center so that's 32"...cutting it close looking at the photo! Is there room for lag bolts on this mount 32" apart???”

The wall plate is 33.9" wide (nearly 34"), which gives you roughly a 0.95" margin on both the far left and far right sides beyond the 32" span. Because the mounting slots on the plate extend very close to the outer edges, you will have plenty of room to slide and secure your lag bolts directly into the studs at exactly the 32" mark.
