I'm sure Best Buy services would love to do this for you but it'd cost a pretty penny for install. Both of those things can be done fairly easily by the end user. There's an empty m.2 nvme pcie 3.0; the included nvme drive seems to be pcie 4.0, but you could either keep that as your OS drive and add in a 2tb one, or flip them around. Also idk why it says FHD (the box I received even said FHD). This is QHD 240Hz, not FHD 360Hz I'd say opening the laptop does take time and patience. May wanna watch a YouTube video about it. One of the screws is hidden under a sticker sort of how they used to say "warranty voided if sticker broken " or some such.
