You are not guarantied XMP with 4 sticks of ram. It is no fault of the board, and you should have done more research. It is the same for the DDR5 version. It is the limit of the CPU. You would have to have 2x32gb kit
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is a QVL list for each motherboard that is tested by the manufacturer on the msi website for the motherboard. Sometimes bios updates may fix this problem but not always. The memory kit I have even though it is the same exact part number has different sub-timing on two of the memory sticks. Even that can cause XMP not to work. It may not work on your board but with another exact board it might. The wiring has a lot to do with it and the cpu. I have seen this many times work and not work on the same board.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That would mostly be a ram thing but try updating the bios to see if it'll help
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is because it's much more taxing on the CPU to communicate through two channels (4 sticks of ram compared to 1 channel of ram control. You can set the XMP if you set all the timings and clock speeds and test different settings until you find a stable one and creat a profile and save it Incase you update the Bios and it goes to it's original settings. Use your profile to reset your settings back. Personally. I would if 6ou can sell the 4 sticks and buy the fastest most common named ram and only run 2 stix of ram. I run 2 stixs at 64gig and 6200 clock40. 5he 40 slows the clock down a bit so it's more stable. At least that works for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My best answer is to check and see if you bent any pins on your mobo when you seated your cpu
