Why does it state "no warranty?" I assume its new. null

Don't know why it says not available, but all msi gpus come with a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer.

Probably because it's an MSI product and it's just like not having a warranty. MSI treats customers like garbage. If you have a bad product, they may replace it under warranty but the fine print is where they get you. They only replace defective products with products that were returned for being defective. That's my experience anyway. I got a used board they called refurbished but the goopy sticky stuff on the surface says otherwise. Even if you get a DOA you will be lucky to get a replacement that just isn't quite as bad as the one you send in. Oh, by the way you also have to let them hold on to your defective part until they find a suitable replacement. The likelihood of them having a part to send you in advance is somewhere between slim and a snowball's chance in Hades. I would recommend steering clear of MSI for anything because their "customer service" people have confirmed that once MSI has your money, you no longer matter.
