The price bump is due to the tariff increase at the beginning of 2021. MSI just passed the cost onto the consumer. Most AIB's are gonna see an increase, if they haven't gone up already.

So there's 2 versions of this card. One can be overclocked and the other can't. (hence the OC being mentioned on the card) The overlocked one is priced at $1080 and the non-overclocked version is $700. So we have a $380 difference between the two cards with the main difference being able to overclock your card.
