Your customer service is absolutely awful. We ended up retuning a $7,000 wall oven purchase after delivery, install and haul away were completely botched. Your staff at the store started out as helpful but in the end were rude and literally told me they have the right to talk over me. Zero consideration for all the inconvenience their incompetence caused us. Impossible to get hold of anyone because of your AI voice phone system. We will never shop at Best Buy again.
