If you made a recent purchase of a laptop, we recommend visiting your local Best Buy to join, as if the purchase is within the Return & Exchange window of 15 days, they can assist ensuring the protection included with My Best Buy Total is applied to your new laptop. Please try again later.If you have your purchase receipt, go to your Best Buy and tell them you were not informed of that service when you picked up your laptop and you would like to purchase that service. They should be happy to help you. I have had it for 10 or 12 years. The Total coverage is there any time of the day or night to help you over the phone OR during store hours should you want to make an appointment to go in person with your laptop.
