“My technical support subscription, "My Best Buy Total" lapsed. How can I renew or replace it? Also, will antivirus software be provided/installed when the subscription is active again? Thanks, jtw”

1. For me it was much easier to renew Total Support by going in to my local store. Trying to do it on line was Very troublesome. 2. Last year a tech person put it on my laptop. No problem. But later this year I am buying an Apple MacBook because I am sick of Windows and antivirus issues. With MacBook those are not needed !

You may be able to apply the antivirus software that is included to your existing account for antivirus, however a new account may be required.
