• The grids are in a wave pattern vertically, rather than being straight like other grills. Please check out our website where you can see a photo of our grids to get a proper visual.

• It refers to the cast iron cooking grates where the food is cooked on the grill. The grates are in a wavy pattern for even heat distribution and to prevent food from falling into the grill. There is a picture of these grates in the images on this product that shows the open grill.
