While some of our other products are manufactured in our Napoleon plants located in Crittenden, Kentucky, and overseas, we want to assure you that our designs, manufacturing processes, and quality control are all managed by our operations in Barrie. Although the Freestyle series is made overseas, we guarantee that all our products, no matter where they are made, follow our strict Napoleon quality standards, as they are sold in North America. Q: QuestionAside from the included cover what is the difference between this grill and F425DSBPGT-ECP? The photo and specs looks the same. Thanks.

• A:Answer Hi! Great question, both units are a Freestyle 425 graphite grey with a range side burner, in Propane. Model F425DSBPGT-B does come with a cover, and F425DSBPGT-ECP does not come with the cover and is sold with extra packaging. Thanks!

Q: QuestionWill the installer hook-up my propane?

• A:Answer Although I didn’t pay for assembly and installation, I believe that adding the propane tank would fall under the category of ‘Installation.’ If you have the tank ready when they arrive, I don’t see why they wouldn’t hook it up for you. That being said, adding the tank is the easiest part of the assembly and installation and you’ll need to replace it when it gets empty anyway so even if they don’t do it for you that shouldn’t be a dealbreaker.
