The product description for this item is VertuoPlus Limited Edition Coffee Maker and Espresso Machine with Aeroccino3 Milk Frother by Breville. Keywords are "with Aeroccino3 Milk Frother by Breville". I received the shipment but all that was in the box was the Espresso Machine. I had to call customer service and they are shipping out a whole new order, machine and all, next day air along with a return label for the original item I received. In all, I was on the phone for 1 hour and 22 minutes to get the issue resolved. Hopefully, you have better luck.

Hi Kimberly, Unfortunately this unit it does NOT come with the Aeroccino3 Milk frother. Best Buy's description is not correct. I purchased a unit recently and it arrived today (12-9-19). The unit is the right one but, no milk frother which is mentioned in the description. Good luck -Robert

I received mine with out Aeroccino 3 milk frother, although it says its included but its not
Customer service didn't help and when I did a problem to them the maximum was refunding me (partial) which is not even half the price for the Aeroccino 3 milk frother if I'll order it.
So it is not with the machine.

DOES NOT COME WITH MILK FROTHER. I HAD A PROBLEM DISPUTING THIS ITEM AS WELL. BUY FROM ANOTHER STORE.
