This smashes the K-cups in flavor, sustainability, and quality. Yes, it costs more but at the end of the day it is cheaper than buying coffee at big box chains etc. I love the free mailer that you can use to send back all of the used coffee capsules for composting & recycling. Tons of options from light to dark varieties and espresso shots to larger ounce pours. Love it

Upon opening the box, it was discovered the Aeroccino was not included. Chatted online with Best Buy customer service and was told they could refund $25. The Aeroccino cost is double that, at a minimum. Took it to store for an exchange and the Aeroccino has an European plug... back to the store it goes.
