• I don't think so. It does not appear to have the ability to record anything other than your voice and info during setup.

• No. All Google Home and Nest speakers and displays, including Nest Hub does not record conversations. Take a look at this link about Data security and privacy on devices that work with Assistant for more info: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7072285
