I have two Nest Audio speakers that are paired, I now added this Nest Hub 7" display in the same room. I learned to set the Audio pair to play the music, but how do I or can I set the Hub to be the only microphone to "Hey Google" too. null

You can turn off the microphone of other speakers or displays. Turning off microphone prevents it from listening or responding. Check this link for more info:
