Does the Nest Hub notify your Nest system on the app on your phone if it detects movement? I know there is no camera, but does it send notifications or can you tell if there is movement in the room if you are not there? null

It does not notify you if there is movement. However, it does have GEO fencing so it knows if you or anyone else are near it.

Nest Hub (2nd gen) doesn't have camera and can't detect movement like a security camera. However, it has a Motion Sense feature to perform Quick Gestures and Sleep Sensing. Motion Sense uses low-energy radar to detect movement like breathing and gestures. It is powered by Soli. Keep in mind that Motion Sense isn’t a camera.  When it is on and active no distinguishable images of a person’s body or face are generated or used for Sleep Sensing or gesture detection.
