“I’m looking for a replacement for a Kodak Pulse photo display that had its own email to send photos to. Would the Google Home Hub be similar, and as easy to send photos to, and clearly display the photos? Also, can photos be deleted from displaying?”

The photos appear at a great resolution and you can delete photos from the display. It is not as easy to add photos as devices with their own email address. You have to have a Google account and pick an album from Google photos to display. You can use a shared album, but other people also have to use Google photos to add photos to the album and I believe that in order to add photos they also have the ability to delete photos. Google photos does not cost money for using and it works with Android or iPhone, but frames with their own email address definitely have some advantages. However the home hub also adds many other features.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I uploaded the photos from my phone gallery, the pictures look great and yes you can can the display to something else, like a wallpaper or a clock/weather. You do use a smartphone to interact with the hub.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It was so easy to show photos from your phone. There is no need for an email address they come straight from my phone. All you have to do is have the Hub App on your phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Google Home Hub can access all your google photo pictures. So to add photos you just add them to your google photos account. I haven't tried to remove any, but if you remove them from your google photos it would remove them. I choose to display "recent" photos in my hub when I'm not using it. I have not tried to see a particular photo on the hub yet.
