Can you place video calls to another nest hub? null

this model of the Nest Hub does NOT have a built in camera, so a video call cannot be accomplished. The more recently released Nest Hub Max at a higher price ($229 list), with a larger screen and better speakers and a built in camera, would allow video calling, especially to other Google Nest Hub Max devices, but also cell phones, using a Google Assistant app, even on an iPhone.

If you use Google duo, you can make video calls.

No, you need the Nest Hub Max to do that. Duo audio calls you can still do.
