I've read Google deliberately omitted a camera due to privacy concerns. You can make audio calls and receive duo video calls otherwise you'll have to get a Lenovo smart screen
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Google states they have no plans on one with a camera to avoid any fear of invasion of privacy. But if you do buy one with a camera, Google also states "Not all homes will be created equal." Meaning, if Google decides to kill the camera on other devices, they absolutely can. Or if certain features become available to Home Hub, don't expect them to be available on the Lenovo or other Non-Google Manufactured devices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not likely, they were very adamant about not putting a camera on it. Also had allowed 2 other competitors add the software with camera. Also will bring the cost up and they didn't want to make something in that price range with this size screen.
