Not directly. Instead they both can use Google Home and you can do things like say "Hey Google, show me the front door" and you can then see it and I believe talk back to it. I also believe you can manually do it without speaking from the Hub.

Yes, you can connect Ring doorbell to the Nest Hub. However, it has limited support which are basic features such as starting a new recording and asking the last time the doorbell rang.
