• Absolutely! You can still use Nest Mini even if you don't have other Google smart devices. You will need to set it up using the Google Home app in your phone/tablet and you can use most of its features, including asking it questions, playing games, playing music, adjusting volume, and much more. • yes and you can push from phone google home app to device an then tv with a chromecast purchase hooked into tv

• Yes, your speaker connects to WiFi and with your smart phone you load the Google Home app to change the settings. After setup you can just use it, like, "Hey Google, what's the weather like?" Or, "Hey Google, play Spotify".
