• It will use your preferred streaming audio vendor. Spotify, pandora etc. so that is up to you.

• When you set up with the Google Home app it will ask you to set your "default music provider" . You can choose from Google Music, Pandora, Youtube, or Spotify ( I think there are other options, but these are the basic ones shown). When you ask to play a certain genre it will play it off of your default music station. So, if your default station is Pandora, and you say "hey google, play reggae", it will play reggae music off of Pandora and so on.

• Yes. I am able to play those genres and more. I so enjoy classical and contemporary gospel. My husband enjoys smooth jazz and R & B. We are happy with the variety.
